Neurodiversity In The Workplace Toolkit
Neurodiversity is the concept that neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others, are natural variations in human cognition rather than deficits, therefore something that should be celebrated; diverse thinking styles and strengths, advocating for inclusion, understanding, and neuro-inclusive environments. This Toolkit, developed by Worcestershire Acute colleagues and kindly shared as a resource to be used more widely, provides general useful information about the many variations you’re sure to come across in the workplace.
